• Shangy, Inc in Allentown, PA sold territories and brands in multiple transactions involving multiple buyers and suppliers in 2024. Buyers included L.T. Verrastro, Wilsbach Distributors, Kleckner & Sons and others.
• Hop & Wine Beverages divested numerous brands and territories throughout Viriginia in multiple transactions over several years. For example, Hop & Wine sold Right to Dogfish Head and Founders Brewing rights in Virginia & DC to Reyes Beverage Group in 2020.
• Markstein Sales Co. acquired distribution rights for Anheuser-Busch, Stone, and other products in Alameda & Contra Costa Counties, CA in 2022.
• John G. Ryan sold distribution rights of MolsonCoors, Boston Beer, and others in NY to A.L. George in 2022.
• Dayton Heidelberg Distributing Co. in Dayton, OH was sold to Redwood Capital Investments in late 2021. We served as co-advisors.
• Spirit & Sanzone Distributors Co. sold rights of Miller, Boston Beer, and others to A.L. George, McCraith Beverages, and DeCrescente Distributing Co., Inc. in 2020.
• Cavalier Distributing Co. sold BrewDog USA rights to Superior Beverage Group in Ohio.
• Big Four Distributing & Bowtie Beverage in Utah sold AB rights to General Distributing Company.
• Craft Collective sold rights of Fiddlehead Brewing Co. in MA & RI to L. Knife & Son and Craft Beer Guild.
• Blue Point Brewing Co. in NY sold its craft beer business to Anheuser-Busch.
• Carroll Distributing Co. in Melbourne, FL engaged us to calculate the FMV of a minority interest for share transfer pricing in estate & gift planning.
• Elysian Brewing Co. was acquired by Anheuser-Busch. We valued the a founder’s minority interest.
